Ingredients


For the Chicken:


2 chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces


1 cup cornstarch


1 egg


Salt and black pepper to taste


1 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 cup mayonnaise


2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce


1 tablespoon sriracha sauce


1 tablespoon honey



For the Bowl:


2 cups cooked rice


1 cup shredded lettuce


1 cucumber, sliced


1 carrot, shredded

Instructions


1. In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.



2. Dip the chicken pieces into the egg, then coat with cornstarch.



3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken until golden brown and crispy.
